What Does Not Qualify For Tax Credit

But how in the world are they going to pay for it? Keeping up with all of the green choices is almost a full-time job. And trying to navigate the variety of options and opportunities available for property owners just takes way too much time. Fortunately, you've found Eco Evaluator.

 

We have compiled a working list for our clients and update it regularly. To save you some time we thought you could use a quick reference of items that currently do not qualify.

 

Products not covered by the federal tax credit


Ceiling fans

Clothes washers & dryers

Compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs)

Electric furnaces/ Boilers

Electric storage tank water heaters

Electric tankless water heaters

Evaporative coolers (swamp coolers)

Lighting (light fixtures, CFLs, LEDs)

Ovens/ Ranges

Power factor correction devices

Programmable thermostats

Refrigerators

Roof coatings

Room air conditioners

TVs

Toilets

Window treatments

Whole house fans
