Thier first campaign sought to make efficiency a centerpiece of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). With thier help, funding was secured for low-income home weatherization, state energy initiatives and energy efficiency/conservation investments.
Following the success with ARRA, their focus turned to the climate and energy legislation currently under consideration on Capitol Hill. With successful passage of the American Clean Energy and Security Act in the House, They are looking to the Senate to likewise pass landmark legislation to secure a clean energy future.
